MN DVS website redesign

This project was a study on improving a product currently on the market. Specifically aimed to take a look at a website of an official government department. I chose to take a look at how the Minnesota driver and vehicle services website could be improved.

This project took a well defined path of going from search to ideation. The ideas were tested and iterated upon. The main problem identified was excess content on the page. The prototype was created to be minimalistic and easy to navigate. This turned the website from difficult to use to a delightfully user friendly alternative.
